nice hotel in busy location. . avoid seafront rooms if you can or you will hear some busyness at nights. we communicated months before to ensure that we could get a garden facing room . the communication did let them down as they could not guarantee it despite us offering to pay more to ensure it. that said friendly staff good service , a nice rooftop bar to view sunsets and nice food. would happily stay again . social thanks to frans for ensuing a quiet room

It shocks me that the Pullman Legian Beach is considered a five star hotel. While it has its positives, the negatives make me question whether it’s worth staying here. But to be fair, let’s start with the good. Positives: Pullman is located directly across the street from the beach. Legian beach is a solid place to hang out and chill if you like beaches. There are a few good restaurants near by and of course Grab has lots of restaurants for delivery to the hotel. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The grounds as well as the huge lobby are maintained well. Negatives: My room was run down. Broken refrigerator door, cracks along the bathroom sink counter, a dirty bath tub the entire time which I wouldn’t use if my life depended on it, faded tiles on the floor throughout, etc. Only one available elevator in my building which created a long wait. Loud construction from 8am and throughout the day and large families with loud kids at night just in case you were worried about having some quiet time. Thank God, or since I’m in Bali, should I say Thank Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva for noise canceling headphones. Not sure which god is in charge of the invention of noise canceling headphones. So overall this hotel is a pass for me. Better value can be found in the area.

Great hotel made even greater by the am@zing staff. Love the adults only pool upstairs with breathtaking beach views. Lots of do’s & don’ts listed such as hogging day beds etc! Can I suggest the hotel add another. That would be that loud arrogant face time talking also be banned! So rude!

Really friendly and professional bar staff. Had a lot of fun with them. Really had fun with them. Would definitely put it as a recommendation. Shout out to Wayan Adi, Semara, Maulida, Intan and Ari for entertaining me. Recommend cocktails like Daquiri.
